The process of evaluating a loan application to determine the risk
involved for the lender. Underwriting involves an analysis of the
borrower's credit worthiness and the quality of the property itself.

One whose

Unencumbered Property |
A property that is
free and clear of debts or liens, such as a house without a

Form 1 that is required to be given to the borrower, lender, and

The joint tenants, in a
